 Clarity first - often, people think they know what they want without actually knowing. I've had clients arrive thinking they wanted a particular thing, only to realise they were trying to fulfil others' expectations. Focusing and progressing your life

People often think coaches have it all sorted in their lives, but we are all works in progress, and it's very easy to slide backwards sometimes. I benefit from being able to talk through a range of issues with someone, clarify them, tease them apart, and have someone question me and brainstorm options and alternative approaches. 

Building Confidence and Self-Esteem

Learning to value yourself in both thought and action is a challenge most people face. I work with you on discovering your value, learning to see yourself differently, and teaching you different NLP-based confidence strategies. 

Personal Coaching / Dating Coaching for Women

Making your relationship with yourself the strongest one you have is number one.  I specialise in working with single women on dating, finding a relationship, and communicating with men. Finding your Mr. Right can be difficult, especially if your self-esteem is low or if you're a high-powered career woman who finds it hard to switch off and connect with your feminine energy.

One of the most common beliefs that hold people back is the feeling of being "not good enough". Feeling disconnected, lacking in purpose and direction, and sometimes just feeling unhappy without knowing why. I work with you to unlock the source of these emotions, get you aligned with your purpose, and help you reconnect with yourself and others.

WHAT I CANNOT WORK ON

Life Coaches are not licensed medical professionals. Therefore, we are unable to work with clients experiencing trauma, extreme or unusual stress, the short or long-term effects of abuse (emotional or physical), deep grief, depression (current or past), suicidal thoughts or feelings, or other mental health issues. This policy is in place to ensure your safety. We aim to avoid inadvertently impacting your mental health or worsening any of the mentioned conditions. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN

 

Coaching sessions are usually held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If those days don’t suit you, feel free to get in touch and I’ll see what else might work.

I generally space sessions about two weeks apart. This gives you time to reflect, put things into practice, and work through any exercises or actions we’ve agreed on. It also allows space for anything that might come up between sessions, so we can explore it together.
