About Sarah Day

A little bit about me

I’m a qualified life coach offering heart-centered support for personal growth, clarity and real, lasting change.

With a professional background in coaching and a deeply intuitive approach, I create a safe and supportive space where you can reconnect with who you really are. Together, we gently explore what might be holding you back, help you tune into your inner wisdom, and support you to move forward with more confidence, purpose and calm.

My coaching is grounded, soulful and practical. It’s not about quick fixes or pressure. It’s about helping you navigate life’s changes, build self-awareness, and create meaningful change that actually sticks.

I’ve completed practitioner level training in the art and science of NLP and Life Coaching, and I bring both professional experience and lived experience to the work I do.

But before anything else, I’m simply human.

I’m a mum, a nana and someone who has lived a full and very real life, with all the love, joy, change and loss that comes with it.

I’ve been married and divorced. I’ve raised two incredible children who are now adults, and I’m a very proud Nana to three beautiful grandkids who keep me laughing and remind me every day what truly matters.

In recent years, my brothers and I had the privilege of caring for both of my parents through their final chapters and saying goodbye to them. Walking alongside the people who gave me life taught me more about love, grief, resilience and presence than anything else ever could. It deepened my compassion and strengthened my belief that none of us should have to carry life’s heavy moments alone.

My professional life has been just as rich. I spent more than 20 years in senior People and Culture leadership roles, supporting leaders, teams and organisations through change, conflict and growth. I also ran my own business consultancy for over a decade and worked extensively as a corporate trainer and facilitator, helping people build confidence, communicate better and create healthier workplaces and relationships..

Along the way, life handed me some tough lessons too.

For many years I worked long hours in high pressure, demanding environments where stress was constant and management demands often came at the expense of my wellbeing. Like so many people, I put everyone else first and ignored the warning signs my own body was giving me. Over time, that chronic stress became extremely detrimental to my health and I experienced several heart attacks.

It was a wakeup call I simply couldn’t ignore.

I realised that success means very little if it costs you your health, your peace or your life. I learned the hard way how important boundaries, self-care and healthy environments really are. That experience changed everything. I found great benefit in chatting with friends, family and seeking professional help. I found I was becoming very selective with who was going to be a part of my life moving forward.

It’s why I care so deeply about helping others slow down, reassess and make braver, healthier choices before they reach breaking point. I truly understand what it feels like to be operating in a way that was not being true to myself. I’ve been overwhelmed, burnt out and running on empty, and truly know how powerful it can be to rebuild from there.

Alongside my professional training, I’ve always felt strongly connected to the spiritual and emotional side of life. I work intuitively and see myself as a gentle healer as well as a coach, helping people reconnect with themselves, trust their inner guidance and find calm amongst the noise.

These days, my lifestyle reflects who I really am.

You’ll usually find me near the ocean, enjoying slow mornings, beach walks, fresh air and simple, peaceful living. I believe life doesn’t have to feel rushed or heavy. With the right support, it can feel happier, lighter, clearer and more aligned.

My coaching style is warm, grounded and down to earth. No judgement. No pressure. Just honest conversations and a safe space to breathe, reflect and move forward.

I don’t just understand change. I’ve lived it.

It’s a real privilege to walk alongside others as they create lives that feel calmer, stronger, healthier and truly their own.
